Hi, it's Jaslin. I'm a stay-at-home mom with two young kids. Making desserts has always been an important part of my life. Since I was a kid, I've always followed my mom to the kitchen to watch her cook and bake. Ingredients:
Butter 85g (room temperature)
Powdered sugar 55g
Egg 50g (about 1 medium egg)
Cake flour 175g
Dry milk powder 25g
Bake at 345F for 9-12 minutes. Baking time may vary due to different oven setting.
